Refund Policy

At Randhanshala, we are committed to delivering premium-quality food products, spices, oils, and ghee. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of food and edible products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product packaging was tampered with before delivery.
  • You received an expired product.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after our team verifies the issue.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective or expired.
  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment has been received.

Refund requests made for reasons such as personal preference, taste, or accidental ordering are generally not eligible.

4. Proof Required

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • Images of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

Incomplete requests may delay the refund process.

5. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

6. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product is defective.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns are not available for:

  • Opened or partially used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Products returned without valid proof
  • Orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly by the customer
  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as delivering the wrong or damaged product.
