SCHOOL OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT IN REGIONAL CUISINE
Randhanshala has been conceived by Bhojohori Manna as a platform to impart regional culinary skills to young students, irrespective of their background. The objective of the school is to train boys and girls in the field of preparation of regional food, understanding restaurant management procedures and developing interpersonal and hospitality skills. With a faculty comprising domain experts, practical training will be the focus at this newly developed facility. Career counselling and placement assistance will also be provided.
A teacher, as well as a social worker for needy children and women, has a knack for cooking in Bengali cuisine from an early age. She always tries to add different flavors and tastes in almost all the dishes.

- Gopa Chatterjee
18 years experience of heading a vocational institute run by the B. K. Birla Group of Institutions.
- Nivedita Chatterjee
Home chef....love cooking, Specialised in authentic Bengali and modern dishes, as well as Chinese and Moghlai preparations. Runs home delivery and tiffin services from home.
- Khusi Saha
Her flair for cooking has made her an eminent cooking columnist in innumerable magazine and news paper .Her cookbooks like Jhal-e-Jhol-e Ombole, Micro-oven-e-Ranna, Rasana Ranjane Kolkata etc. are extremely popular amongst Bengalis.
- Rukma Dakshy
Career started from Grand Oberoi and then shifted to The Park, Kolkata. Searching for flavours led him to a partnership startup catering, But for the last 10-11 years he found the most authentic flavors with Bhojohori Manna. Now, an outdoor catering manager.

Since the birth of Bhojohori Manna, he has been the master chef of our kitchen.17-18 years he has been delivering the same flavors throughout.
